Peter & the Wolf is a live, informal webinar series hosted by Peter Lohmann and Wolfgang Croskey, who both own and operate residential property management companies and love sharing the strategies that they’re using, testing, and hearing about across all areas of property management.
The show runs the second Thursday of every month at 12 p.m. PT | 3 p.m. ET.

What is Peter & the Wolf?
The series started back in 2023 shortly after Peter and Wolf met for the first time and realized they had a lot in common and a lot they could share with the industry.
The name of the show came out of a joke made one day (Peter likes to take credit). In past seasons they’ve covered topics from AI, automation, processes, and KPIs, to best practices for email, tasks, calls, change management, and using data to make strategic business decisions.
